Introduction
Long hours of travel, prolonged office sitting, or incorrect resting posture in daily life can all bring pressure to the cervical spine. Here, I present a specially designed 3D printed U-shaped neck pillow using FDM TPU printing, combining ergonomic curves with innovative structures to provide effective support and exceptional comfort. The pillow features a breathable crosszag mesh structure, with adjustable size and firmness, allowing you to enjoy a lightweight and comfortable rest experience anytime, anywhere.

Usage Scenarios
✈️💺During Travel: Provides relaxed and comfortable neck support on airplanes, high-speed trains, or during long drives.
👩💻😴Office Nap: Ideal for short naps to quickly regain energy.
🛋️📺Home Relaxation: Use when reading or watching movies to relieve cervical pressure.
🧼💦Care & Maintenance: Machine washable, tumble dryable (not exceeding 80°C).
Sizing Guide
The U-shaped pillow can be sized according to neck circumference for optimal comfort. The standard profile corresponds to a neck circumference of 37 cm. You can calculate the scale ratio as follows: Scale Ratio = Neck Circumference (cm) ÷ 37 × 100%
Neck Circumference Measurement Steps: Use the Neck I measurement method: Stand upright, keep your head level, arms relaxed at your sides, and neck relaxed. Place the tape horizontally around the thinnest part of your neck, which is the upper edge of the seventh cervical vertebra at the back (the most prominent bump when you lower your head) and below the Adam’s apple at the front.

Below is a table of some reference values:
| Neck Circumference (cm) | Scale Ratio |
| 35 | 94.60% |
| 37 | 100% |
| 39 | 105.40% |
If you require a more precise fit (such as you have a neck and upper shoulder scan file, or accurate length and width measurements), feel free to post in the comments or message me directly.
Recommended Filament & Printing Tips
Recommended Materials:
- Bambulab TPU 90A (recommended 0.4mm nozzle): Offers fine surface and smoother feel
- Bambulab TPU 85A (recommended 0.6mm nozzle): Offers a softer feel Before printing, please refer to the wiki. Both materials feature excellent breathability, flexibility, and support.
- Note: The uploaded print profile is for H2D, because the use of pla as a support can provide the best effect of the support surface, if you want to use X/P/A models for printing, you need to adjust the printer to X/P/A, the print volume is enough but the TPU body support support surface effect is not quite satisfactory. Of course, if you have a better support solution for the single nozzle model, welcome to post pictures of the print results and upload the print configuration, I will set up sharing points for the fully tested print configuration.
One more thing: Lighter Nap Pillow Model with Lacing
This is a more radical design that retains the support surface for the neck and shoulders, increases breathability and reduces weight through cutouts, and adds lace holes. You can use Maker Supply shoelaces as adjustable laces. The lacing method is as shown below:

The wearing effect of the laced model is shown below:
