Description
Yunkuishan Card Holder V1.2
A few weeks ago, I made a Yunkuishan faction emblem tag, but the reference image for that model came from a screenshot, and the blurry image quality resulted in a significant loss of detail, making it difficult for me to create a satisfactory piece. Additionally, I was preparing for final exams and busy with course design for the short semester, so it was put aside for a long time. Later, I directly extracted high-definition material images of Yunkuishan from the Zenless Zone Zero official website, and the first phase of the short semester concluded, allowing the Yunkuishan faction tag DIY project to be re-launched!
September 1, 2025 Added the sixth plate to the main profile: The red string is scaled down to 98% of its original size, making it more suitable for installation. However, if it loosens, please use super glue to help secure it.
Model Detail Comparison
Compared to the previous model, I improved the relief expression from extruded boss to curved surface combination, allowing the finished tag printed with silk filament to have richer light and shadow flow.

New Form
To make the tag no longer a beautiful waste, I modified it into a card holder. Pivots, card slots, wire grooves, and magnet slots have been added. You only need to purchase an additional pair of Φ8×2mm magnets for daily use, and the raised design on the back of the card ensures that the internal cards do not easily fall out. (Due to printing method limitations, traditional buckle designs cannot meet the strength requirements for frequent opening and closing)
A Series Friendly
Although this model cannot be fully disassembled for single-color printing, it ensures that AMS lite can handle it. In the pre-plated version, a plate is provided with the tag's red string separated as a single part, ensuring that each plate only requires four colors for a single print, and later you just need to print an additional red string. Because no gaps are reserved, the assembly of the red string might be a bit tight, but it can be guaranteed to snap in firmly! (Disclaimer) The final effect of the separate red string version printed individually is almost identical to the five-color version, and this version is recommended. Additionally, there is a dyed version available for printing where copper color is removed and replaced with gold.

Printing Preparation
To accommodate the silk filament material used during printing, please choose PLA material for multi-color printing, apart from the separated red string, otherwise the failure rate will be extremely high. Of course, for an uncommon color like brown, buying a whole roll of PLA specifically is too costly. Due to the special position of brown, you can consider for yourself (printing failure disclaimer) using cheaper brown PETG. I used PETG when printing, and it was successful on the first try.
Additionally, a pair of Φ8×2mm magnets is needed, you can buy the cheapest ones.
Printing supports use default normal supports, generated only from the build plate (if my profile is missing)
Some Chit-Chat
The maximum card capacity of the card holder is two cards, which can hold cards of the same size as an ID card. If you want to increase the capacity, you can add negative parts to deepen the card slot on the back of the card, and the estimated capacity can be increased to 3-4 cards. It is not recommended to dig slots into the tag part.
