PLA USB Fan Propeller – 2.05 mm Shaft Diameter

This is a 3D printed propeller for a small USB-powered fan, made with PLA. The motor shaft diameter is approximately 2.05 mm. Printing supports are required for successful fabrication. Before printing the full propeller, please test with the provided Fan_test.stl file, which includes a hole sized at around 2.3 mm. If it fits well on the motor shaft, you're ready to proceed. The actual propeller also has a 2.3 mm hole, but depending on material shrinkage, slight scaling up or down might be necessary. The printed fan blade provides noticeably better airflow and operates more quietly than standard versions.
