I discovered this nice rotating magnet storage from Boudewijn Plomp https://makerworld.com/fr/@wbplomp and I really love it.

But I wanted to store magnets bigger than 15mm which is the maximum size with the original model. If you use a slot without a tube, you can go up to 20mm so I designed this little tab to help lifting the magnet out of the storage. Hope you like it!
