Description

Boost Me (for free)

If you like my model, please consider boosting this design.  It's free for you, yet it makes a huge difference for me.  Thanks for helping me keep creating!

I have a ton of various small cables.  USB A to C, USB A to Micro, USB C to C, etc…  These cables end up all knotted together in a drawer or storage container and I can never find the cable I'm looking for when I need it.  If I do find the cable I need, it's all knotted together.  I saw some similar cable organizers, but they were too hard to open.  I decided to design my own version that opens more easily.  Hope you find these useful.

Please Note:

1: I have printed dozens and dozens of these clips.  I have modified the design to keep improving them.  Yes, sometimes the hinge bonds together and the clip is not usable but doesn't happen often.

2: Make sure your printer is calibrated properly.  The print in place design has very close tolerances.

3: If you use a heated build plate, it is recommended that you let the build plate and clips cool first before removing!

4: Gently rock the hinge back and forth to break the hinge free.
