Soldering Fume Extractor with USB C powered

 

Required Components:

 

Installation Guide

 

  1. Connect PWM Controller to 12V PD Decoy Trigger Module (make sure to set the dip switch for 12V output)
  2. Plug in Fan Socket to PWM Controller
  3. Insert Nuts into Back Case
  4. Put the Fan into Front Case and ensure the Fan's Wire is in the cut out slot
  5. Install PWM Controller to Front Case (Top Left,  Green in figure below)
  6. Insert 12V PD Decoy Trigger Module to Front Case (Bottom Left, Blue in figure below)

  7. Put on the Back case and tighten bolts
  8. Install filter(s) into Filter case
  9. Screw in the Filter case onto Front case with Printed Screws (included in print profile)
  10. Install the knob on PWM Controller's encoder

4 Sep'25 - Added Revised Screw for Front Case Print Profile - as original screw profile seems to be a bit too tight and difficult to assembly, otherwise M3x12 shall be used as it fits perfectly; reported by stove.io
