This call is designed to locate Male Turkeys in the spring. However it is fun to use anytime to get an Owl to hoot back.
By using a Owl call, you can get a weary tom to gobble without giving up your position. It’s easy to use and you’ll have toms gobbling in no time.
Easy to put together, please see attached PDF.
I would recommend for the reed to use a smooth plate for the best sound.
When blowing you want to think hooo pause hooo .. hooo, hooo.. hooooooooooo
