Description

Massage tool set with replaceable TPU rollers

The massage roller can be used for the back, legs, arms, stomach, etc. You can also use the TPU rollers without the handle for feet by moving the roller back and forth with your foot. A matching storage box was designed to perfectly store all the parts in one box. The handle is designed so that the rollers can be replaced quickly and easily in seconds without any accessories. I currently offer four different massage attachments. The unique design makes it special in appearance and function.

Printing process:
PLA parts (printed with P1S):
Printing didn't always run smoothly because the filament on the large box detached from the print bed. I was able to solve the problem by cleaning it with isopropyl and most importantly - using adhesive spray. After that, printing the PLA parts worked.

TPU parts (printed with H2D):
The TPU material I used only worked with the correct settings. I specifically selected a nozzle temperature between 225 and 230 degrees Celsius for the filament settings. I set the filament retraction to 2mm. Please check the correct settings for your printer and TPU material, as they may differ from mine. I assume no responsibility for my settings working smoothly with your TPU. Please adjust the settings on your printer and filament accordingly.

I deliberately separated the project into PLA and TPU sheets so that the settings for the different materials are not mixed up.
Last note for the case part: I didn't use any supports for the large storage box. The overhang area isn't printed cleanly, but the grid works. Please decide for yourself whether you want to use supports here or not; I didn't. I hope u'll like the project and find good use!
