Description
Stable Sausage Stand / Sausage Dryer for Cured Sausages & Salami
After my first "sausage gallows" was visually amusing but couldn't hold the quantity of sausages I wanted to dry, I developed this more stable model. The new sausage stand is significantly more robust, offers more space, and reliably holds several small salamis or cured sausages during drying.
I primarily use it to allow freshly made salami to mature further if it's still too soft for my liking. The open design allows air to circulate well, and the stand remains compact and easy to clean.
Simply print, insert the rods, and you're good to go.
