I have added an additional print profile with a ground terminal cover in black with white marking
Additionally, both terminals (positive and negative) are available as mirrored versions
Simple model to cover the positive terminal of the car battery. The cover is available on the print plate in two different versions
Version 1: Flat. (comparable to MB part no. A 001 546 08 35)
Version 2: slightly larger and taller for more clearance to the screw terminal
The distance between the connecting pins is 40mm and the diameter is 5mm. I think the cover should fit most common 12V car batteries without problems
I printed the cover in PETG. However, it might get too warm in vehicles with the battery in the engine compartment. In that case, I recommend printing it in ASA or ABS
** Important: Since the pins for fastening sit quite tightly to prevent the cover from vibrating loose, it should be carefully pulled upwards evenly when removing it, as otherwise the pins may break off. (If necessary, gently pry it off)
