Description
These cat spikes are designed to deter a cat from climbing a railing. The cat for which it was designed is very curious and always tried to squeeze between the railing and the cat net. The spikes discourage it from accessing the railing, preventing it from jumping off the balcony. The spikes are attached to the railing using double-sided adhesive tape or/and velcro; alternatively, they can be easily mounted with hot glue. The individual elements simply clip together.
Dimensions: 22.5 cm x 5.0 cm > if your railing is wider or narrower, simply scale the model. Matching end caps are included.
The spikes cause no pain or injury! Depending on the cat, they do not 100% reliably prevent the cat from accessing the railing, but they help.
