Description
A simple and easy-to-use manual screwdriver with replaceable bits, compatible with all 6.35mm bits (whether Phillips, hex, or drill bits)
Installation only requires glue and purchasing a D6*L7 non-stepped ball plunger; if you don't want to replace the bits, you can also just use glue to fix all parts.
Please note: Be sure to print the tolerance test model from the first plate first, as using different machines and filaments may lead to significant differences. I have arranged three clearances for all three grips: standard, 0.05mm, and 0.1mm. Please select the appropriate size for replacement based on the test results. Additionally, since the grip is relatively slender, there is a spaghetti risk, so you can clean the build plate in advance or add extra Brim to improve printing success rate.
There are three different styles of grips: standard, translucent shell, and mini, and four different patterns of retaining caps, allowing for more personalization. The triangular grip provides better force application and is less likely to roll on a table, and a lanyard hole has been added to the end for convenient hanging on a wall. No magnets are set in the hole because most 6.35mm bit tips are magnetic by themselves.
I only tested with PETG on both the P1S and A1 mini, and the default parameters yielded excellent results and accuracy, with no wobbling when installing bits. Using a fuzzy surface provides better surface texture and friction, and you can also try using CF or GF reinforced filaments for better strength.
Desktop and pegboard storage racks will be added later, and any suggestions are welcome.
