Added an adapter for ¾" BSP to ¾" GHT female for the US market.
I had an idea for a product I've never seen exist, a simple one but one that solves a big problem for pool owners whose pump is located above the water level or whose hose from the skimmer does not slope towards the pump with gravity.
This plug has a ¾" external thread for Gardena connection and a hole in the middle.
The plug measures 40mm at the bottom and 70mm at the top to fit all skimmers.
The plug is printed in TPU 95A which is flexible to seal around the water connection in the skimmer.
The core is printed in PETG which handles water and chemicals very well.
Usage:
1. Remove the Skimmer Basket
2. Install the plug in the hole with the water hose attached.
3. Maintain light downward pressure while filling water upwards throughout the circulation system.
4. Once the Sight Glass on the pump is full, start the pump while removing the plug.
Tip: install a Wi-Fi plug on the pump so this doesn't have to be a two-person job.

Those of you who have difficulty starting your pools after shutdown will truly understand the benefit of this product because you no longer need to do this at the pump and rush to open valves, close lids, etcetera under stress.
An installed check valve between the pump and the skimmer also solves the problem but in many cases reduces flow and is far from always installed.

Update 2025-07-16:
Made a variant of the print profile called 59mm
This leaves some space for gaskets and Gardena couplings with shorter threads.
This is to avoid play between the two models.
