Instructions

1. Select the material to be bonded (such as a wood panel).
2. Input the material's length, width, and thickness into Makerworld or Fusion 360, adjusting the tool size accordingly.
3. Proceed to 3D print the tool.
4. Affix the tool to the material using double-sided tape to assist with alignment.
5. Once bonded, remove the tool (or leave it in place as desired)—the task is complete!

Design Philosophy

This tool was conceived to render the adhesion process simpler and more enjoyable! Traditional alignment methods via marking were cumbersome and time-consuming, so we sought to leverage 3D printing and a straightforward design to enable rapid and precise bonding, resulting in aesthetically pleasing outcomes We hope you find it delightful to use
