**V2 Change Notes
After over 500+ hours of printing it finally happened⌠a jam. Time to improve!
- Internal profile- Smoother curves and transitions for better flow.
- Maintenance access- Added a top access hole for the use of a "precision poop pusherâ ( a.k.a. stick).
- External improvements- Adjusted magnet hole geometry to eliminate sagging and other geometry to improve overall print quality.
- Magnets- Slightly enlarged holes to fit more printer and material tolerances. Glue is now needed to secure the magnets in place. During my testing I had to add glue even with the tightest of fits to ensure no magnets stayed attached to the base upon removal.Â
- Material Reduction- New geometry and print profile created a 30% reduction in material use!Â
Compatibility: The attachment base remains unchanged. If you printed V1, simply use the V2 profile and remove the attachment base from the plate. Your retired V1 chute now works as a deflector for the opposite end of the PVC pipe. If you have not downloaded V1 you can use the full print profile for V2 to print the attachment base.Â
Huge thank you to anyone who has downloaded V1 I appreciate your support and look forward to feedback and suggestions that could make this even better!
