📦 Assembly Structure (Three-Piece Set):

• ① Base Plate:
   Secured to the H2D printer's waste outlet via screws. Pre-drilled magnet holes for attaching the collection basket.
• ② Collection Basket:
   Independently detachable design, magnetically attached to the base plate for easy removal and cleaning. Moderately sized to avoid interfering with other parts of the machine.
• ③ Top Cover:
   Magnetically secured to the collection basket, forming a sealed structure. Prevents heat loss from the chamber, improving print stability for high-temperature materials.

🛠️ Printing & Installation Instructions:

• Recommended Material: High-temperature resistant materials such as ABS, ASA
• Magnets Required:
   - Cylindrical magnets Φ6mm × 4.5mm × 10 pieces
   - Square magnets 4mm × 4mm × 2mm × 4 pieces

🧠 Design Rationale:

During regular use of the H2D printer, waste falls to the floor, making cleanup inconvenient and potentially leading to chamber temperature loss during extended high-temperature material prints. To address these issues, I designed this magnetic waste collection basket assembly:

• ✅ Quick release and installation, without interrupting printing
• ✅ Maintains a sealed waste channel, reducing heat loss
• ✅ Moderately sized collection basket for high practicality

• ✅ Entirely magnetic structure, eliminating the need for clamps or fasteners, resulting in a simple and reliable design

• The design of this model references similar waste collection solutions from the community, serving only as design inspiration. The model file was independently modeled and created from scratch, without using or referencing any existing models from other creators.
• If any creator believes this model is too similar to their work or unsuitable for public release, please contact me immediately, and I will cooperate with its removal. After removal, I will recreate a version based on my own design style to ensure complete separation from other designs.
