Description
Kumiko Inspired Jewelry/Storage Box
My attempt to mimic a wooden jewelry box.
The decorative inserts are easily removable with a sim card pin or some other type of needle (there is a small hole on all the pieces where the inserts go into). This allows you to make your own version of the insert and customize the box to your own style and liking.

- Hinges designed to print in place.
- 2025-07-25 Added removable separation trays that stack neatly, with ears for easier removal.
2026-01-02 I have also created a matching ring box to go along with this jewelry box: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2189271-small-jewelry-ring-box#profileId-2376861

Assembly instructions:
1. Take the 4 bottom sides and connect them together at the corners like in the pictures.
2. Put the bottom on and flip the box over.

3. Close the hinges and insert them onto the long back wall (use the grooves and ears for guiding the hinges in). Then add the long top wall.

4. Add the two short top walls, slide the top plate on using the guide grooves and add the remaining long top wall.

5. Finally, add the decorative pieces and enjoy your new jewelry box!
