This modular hose adapter system is designed for the standard IBC tank valve and allows fast and secure connection of various hose sizes. The connectors are screwed into the main adapter, creating a reliable and watertight joint without tools.

 

It includes both the S60x6 thread and, newly, a BSP 2 1/8" thread, which is provided as a separate insert for printing.

 

Available hose barb connectors:

  • Ø 10 mm – for DN10 hoses (e.g. small garden or low-flow lines)
  • Ø 12 mm – for DN12 hoses (e.g. small pumps, indoor use)
  • Ø 14 mm – suitable for 3/8" to 1/2" hoses
  • Ø 16 mm – for 1/2" hoses (standard garden use)
  • Ø 19 mm – for 3/4" hoses (tight fit)
  • Ø 20 mm – for 3/4" hoses (looser fit)
  • Ø 25 mm – for 1" hoses (higher flow)
  • Ø 32 mm – for 1 1/4" hoses (high flow)
  • Ø 50 mm – for 2" hoses (very high flow, e.g. drainage)
  • Quick-connect – compatible with standard garden hose couplings (e.g. Gardena®)

 

  • Y-Splitters and Quick Y-Connector: Y12 mm, Y14 mm, Y16 mm, Y19 mm, Y20 mm, Y25 mm

🔧 New Additions: Y-Splitters and Quick Y-Connector Now Available!

Both of my modular systems — the Modular Hose Adapter System for Water Pumps and the Modular IBC Valve Hose Adapter Set — have just been expanded with new Y-splitters in the following sizes:

  • 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm
  • Plus a quick Y-connector for easy and fast hose branching.

💡 Full cross-compatibility:
All new parts are fully compatible across both systems. Whether you're branching hoses from a water pump or an IBC valve, the new Y-splitters and quick connector integrate seamlessly.

Accessories:

Includes a plug cap that can close the main valve outlet to prevent water leakage when no hose is connected.

Compatibility:

These hose connectors are fully compatible with the ones I previously released for the Modular Hose Adapter System for Water Pumps. You can mix and match them across both systems.

These hose connectors are fully compatible with the ones I previously released for the 1 Pump Thread Adapter. You can mix and match them across both systems.

These hose connectors are fully compatible with the ones I previously released for the 2" Pump Thread Adapter. You can mix and match them across both systems.

Recommended filament:

  • PETG – recommended for outdoor use (UV and temperature resistant)
  • ABS – suitable for technical use
  • PLA – usable for indoor use if other materials are not available
