These custom-designed covers, made from flexible TPU by BambuLab, let you work confidently and cleanly. Tighten, grip, and adjust — all without leaving a single scratch.

Key Features

• Two cover types – one matches the original jaw shape, the other gives you a smooth, flat surface for extra protection
• Markings for easy placement – each piece is labeled UP (for the upper jaw) and DOWN (for the lower jaw) so you always know where it goes
• Printed in TPU – flexible, durable, and provides strong grip without damaging delicate finishes
• Surface-safe design – perfect for working with chrome, polished metal, painted parts, plastic surfaces, and more

Compatible with other pliers

This model is made for the KNIPEX Cobra 87 01 250, but you can easily rescale it in Bambu Studio to fit different plier sizes.

If you'd like a fully customized version, just leave a comment with the dimensions shown in the last image of the gallery:

• X – Jaw Height: from the base to the highest point of the machined surface
• Y – Jaw Length: from the base to the end of the machined surface
• Z – Jaw Thickness: total thickness of one jaw

🔍 Reference dimensions of my model:
X = 11.2 mm
Y = 26 mm
Z = 7.7 mm

You can use these values to rescale the model proportionally to match your own pliers using the scale function in Bambu Studio. If you're unsure, just drop a comment with your measurements ans i’ll take care of the rest.
