Compact EDC Inhaler Case – Sleek, Functional, and Discreet
I always carry inhalers in my car, but I wanted something small enough to live on my keychain — something discrete, compact, and always on hand. This design is my solution: a minimalist case where the cap doubles as the mouthpiece and nozzle, cutting down on bulk without sacrificing functionality.
Compatibility: This case is designed specifically for the inhaler model shown in the pictures. Other brands may have cartridges that won’t fit.
Important Notes:
⚠️ Inserting the cartridge: Once the cartridge is inserted, it’s held securely in place. Do not pull on the nozzle to remove it — instead, use a key or similarly small object to gently push it out from the bottom.
Printing Instructions:
- 0.08 Layer Lines: Custom Supports and other tolerances only git with 0.08 layer lines
- Print by object: This method is selected to maintain consistent layer speeds for a cleaner, more even surface finish.
- Fuzzy Skin: The print in the pictures are printed in fuzzy skin which I think adds a rugged look, feel free to disable.
- Supports: Custom supports are included on the cap — they should be carefully removed with pliers after printing.
Assembly:
- custom supports should be removed with pliers! (Watch video for support removal technique)
- The collar and cap are printed separately. Use CA glue for final assembly BEFORE TEST FIT!
(Collar is difficult to remove without the cap)

Notes:
This model was printed in PLA, but I’d love to hear what other filaments you’ve tried! If you experiment with PETG, ABS, or flexible filaments, let me know how they worked out.
Also, if you have any questions or feedback about assembly, I’m more than happy to help. Drop a comment and I’ll respond as soon as I can. Your insights can help make this better for everyone!
