Breville Express 54mm Portafilter Funnel

The Ultimate, Ultimate 54mm Funnel for Breville Portafilters?
This is a 54mm dosing funnel designed to fit Breville portafilters, helping to reduce mess and improve workflow when grinding and tamping.

Compatible with Breville BES840, BES870, BES878, BES880, BES500 or similar 54mm 3 ear portafilters.

Working on an 18g grind and finding the portafilter is overflowing?  Don't want to buy the new Breville funnel?  Well you have found what you are looking for!

This is a remix on the linked desgin, improving on a few areas after plenty of time spent making coffee with it:

• Tightened fit onto the portafilter to prevent the portafilter from accidentally falling off while inserted into the grinder.
• Extended the front tab for more reliable activation of the grinder switch.
• Modified shape of the front tab to reduce interference with a small step above the grinder switch.
• Adjusted a few radii in the portafilter tab area where the models walls were a bit thin.

Print Settings:

• Recommend PETG (funnel in photos were printed with PETG-HF) but PLA should also work well.
• Use the custom supports, and do not generate any additional supports.
• Print with the ears down, as arranged in the 3mf
• 3mf was printed as shared using PETG-HF.
