Air vent with filter holder

ENG:This 3D printable air vent is designed to perfectly fit standard Ø100 mm holes: the rear diameter measures 98.2 mm, ensuring an easy yet stable insertion.

It can be easily installed using neutral silicone, with no need for screws.

🔁 Compatible with both light filters and thicker fabric filters:

The two rings included in the project allow you to secure different types of filters:

• Light filters (e.g., non-woven fabric, activated carbon) can be inserted between the two rings
• Thicker filters can be pressed into the tube and secured using the two rings

🔧 Supports are required for printing (due to the angled slats).
🧱 Successfully tested with PLA.

• Main grille with angled slats
• 2 filter locking rings

ITA: Questa bocchetta d’aria stampabile in 3D è pensata per adattarsi perfettamente a fori standard da Ø100 mm: il diametro posteriore misura 98,2 mm per garantire un inserimento facile ma stabile.

Può essere installata facilmente con silicone neutro, senza necessità di viti.

🔁 È compatibile con filtri leggeri o filtri in tessuto pesante:

• I due anelli inclusi nel progetto permettono di fissare filtri di vario tipo:
  • I filtri leggeri (TNT, carbone attivo) possono essere inseriti tra i due anelli
  • I filtri più spessi possono essere pressati nel tubo e bloccati con i due anelli

🔧 Supporti di stampa necessari (per le lamelle inclinate).
🧱 Stampa testata in PLA con ottima riuscita.
