Blank Wall Plate for 4x4 Junction Box

Covers a 4x4 junction box. Keeps wiring connections accessible to stay code compliant. I was surprised no body seems to make a cover for these to go over the drywall. This is for the square boxes with diagonal holes for fasteners. Standard fastener threads are #8-32 for these boxes. Recommend at least 1 inch screws with countersunk heads to secure the cover to the box.
