Car Thing V2 Desk ABS Mount

Due to the thermal shrinkage of ABS, the original model is unusable after ABS printing.

Note: Only suitable for ABS printing!!!

The following adjustments have been made:

1. The MagSafe charger hole has been enlarged to a radius r=28.1mm

2. The knob hole has been enlarged to a diameter R=48.5mm

    

After testing, it fits perfectly, and the suction cup will not be pulled out when the phone is removed, and it is also removable.

Because my support settings may result in low printing accuracy on the suspended surface, you can set the supports yourself.

I used a first-generation MagSafe charger, which is relatively thick, and the phone has a floating effect when charging. The 13 mini is perfectly supported; other models have not been tested.

My model is printed using Kexcelled K5 ABS. The main body uses a skin tone, and the knob uses blue and olive green; this is for reference only.

Attached to the TPU case I printed for the Mac mini using 3M adhesive (you can search directly on this site; when printing with Kexcelled TPU, it is recommended to scale it to 98.5%, otherwise, the latch will be too loose), achieving desktop efficiency (not really).
