2025.8.1 Update:
Optimized the lid design, adding interlocking skirts to the left and right frames and inner frame for simpler, more secure assembly

Front
Back - Set PETG and PLA to support each other for smoother support surfaces, reducing assembly errors and unevenness
- The wall generation mode for some models with text parts has been adjusted to Arachne to enhance text detail
Storage for Brass: Birmingham Deluxe Edition, details as follows:
- Supports double-layer player boards, one-click setup for individual player boards
- Supports 20 card sleeves (approx 200μm thick per sleeve)
- Supports storage for solo mode automaton cards
- Supports storage for 100 standard Brass: Birmingham chips (Φ<40mm)
- Supports one-click setup for coal and iron markets
Notes:
- Trays marked with ×number indicate how many times that plate needs to be printed, e.g., ×4 means that plate needs to be printed 4 times
- The original chip tray is not retained, as Brass: Birmingham's player boards are very wide, and I haven't found a good way for the double-layer boards to coexist with the original chip tray. I have redesigned the resource box into two layers: the upper layer for chips, and the lower layer for barrels, coal, and iron storage
The market tray is designed with a recessed section to hold extra chips. Since the resource box can hold a maximum of 90 chips, if a chip expansion pack is purchased, an additional 10 chips can be stored on the market tray. As shown in the figure

- The card holder can be placed directly on the game board for drawing cards. The interior of the card holder also has a slight upward angle to prevent cards from tipping over. The current release is the standard version of the card holder; a magnetic version of the card holder profile will be released separately later, allowing the upper and lower card holders to connect quickly and more stably via magnets
The double-layer board is assembled onto the individual player board with four clips (you can choose between the day or night side). Simply push it in the direction of the arrow. If removal is needed after assembly, pull out the clips in the opposite direction

- During testing, I found that there were some cutting errors in individual player boards printed at different times and versions. For example, I noticed that my English retail version individual player board was clearly miscut. My current design is based on the latest printed Chinese version by Youka Games. This resulted in a slight misalignment when the double-layer board was assembled onto my English retail version individual player board, but it was not severe and did not affect game use. My design may not be compatible with all scenarios, and specific adjustments may need to be tested by yourself
- Due to printer size limitations, both the double-layer board and the lid require assembly. The double-layer board features dovetail joints, with tolerances adjusted multiple times to ensure no glue is needed when using official Bambu Lab PLA or PETG filament (for non-official filaments, please test and adjust yourself). The lid, due to insufficient thickness, must be reinforced with glue. If you have a printer that supports sizes over 290mm, you can directly Print in Place the double-layer board and lid. I will release a separate Print in Place version profile later (as I do not have a printer of that size, please print and test it yourself)
- The lid uses AMS multi-color printing, and I am personally very satisfied with this color combination. If you do not have AMS, you can appropriately reduce the height of the letter models to create a recessed text effect (please adjust this yourself in the slicer software)
The Brass: Birmingham storage does not support storage for upgraded ship and train models. This part of the storage will be included in the Brass: Lancashire storage, and a separate accessory upgrade storage box will be released later, so that only one box of upgrade accessories can be used for both Brass: Birmingham and Brass: Lancashire. The approximate effect of the accessory storage box in Brass: Lancashire is shown below

- The Brass: Lancashire design is mostly complete and is currently undergoing print testing. It should be released this week
