AMS HT Annealing and Desiccant Drying Rack

This model is a support bracket for annealing AMS HT modification parts; it fits seamlessly onto the AMS HT for annealing completed prints, resulting in stronger parts.

• The frame is tightly fitted and simple to print.
• The overall design is smooth and facilitates convenient storage.
• It does not impede the opening and closing of the lid or internal components.
• It includes a storage compartment for desiccant silica gel beads and a solid base, effectively drying the desiccant while preventing fragmented beads from falling into the machine.
• The container also serves as a highly effective desiccant sieve; gentle shaking efficiently filters out fine, fragmented particles, preventing them from escaping the desiccant container and contaminating your AMS.

Printing Recommendations:

• The maximum temperature of the AMS HT is 85°. The main body should be printed using high-temperature resistant materials such as ABS/PA.

   

Testing has shown that moisture-absorbing silica gel beads that have changed color regain their original color and absorbency after drying at 80°, allowing the color-changing desiccant to be reused multiple times.
