Aquarium Plant Holder ByGAPI
🔧 Overview:
A practical plant holder designed to hang on the edge of an aquarium, ideal for growing plants with roots submerged in water.
Perfect for aquarists who want to add plants like pothos for natural filtration and aesthetics above the tank.

✅ Designed for aquariums with water level approx. 50 mm below the rim, and different glass thickness to choose. 

 

Different hangers to choose depending on glass thickness and mounting (check downloadable STL files): 

  • 5mm glass thickness,
  • 1,5 inch = 38,2 mm thickness,
  • 1,0 inch = 25,0 mm thickness,
  • 2,5 mm thickness.
  • Top plate holder to use with screw and nut (nut is M8, see the pictures for nut size!), lenght of hanger below the rim is around 75 mm.

🪛 Assembly Tips:

  • Slide the hook arms into the side slots  and turn 90 degrees until they are vertical
  • Hang on aquarium edge — no glue or screws needed
  • Ideal for use with rooted cuttings of pothos, lucky bamboo, or other semi-aquatic plants

💡 Material Info:
Printed with PETG to ensure durability in humid or wet environments. Resistant to algae, splashing, and long-term exposure to aquarium water.
