Hello makers!
I present my project, a heart-shaped jewelry box with magnetic close.
The model is divided into two parts. On one side is the body itself (the two parts of the box are printed together) and on the other side is the inner divider.
The divider has four partitions to store smaller items like rings or earrings, while the lower area is a larger, undivided area to accommodate larger items like necklaces.
In this case, I wanted to make it quite large so it would be functional for my girlfriend, so the size is practically the entire bed of an A1, so the A1 mini, in this case, wouldn't be able to print this version. In the future, I may release another model for the A1 mini.
For the magnetic closure, a pause has been added to the box print at layer 195 so the magnet can be inserted into the corresponding section.

The magnets I used are powerful circular neodymium magnets, measuring 8 mm in diameter and 2 mm high.
It's important to keep in mind that scaling the magnet's margin would change.
The space for the magnets is pretty tight because what I usually do is heat them slightly with a lighter so that when I press them in, they fit as tightly as possible.
Note: It's important to check the orientation of the magnets so they fit together. I'm speaking from experience :´)
For printing, I added two modifiers to the model to reinforce the area where the magnets are inserted.
The material used is PLA
I hope you enjoy printing this design!
