One-cent coins are embedded in the center of the keychains. This size can be adapted for other coins or even washers if magnetic coins are not available. A pause is integrated into the print profile, allowing for manual insertion of the coins.
For the key rack, 12x3mm magnets were utilized. This dimension can be adjusted for alternative magnets.
Should the tolerances not align with your printer and the keychains prove difficult to remove from the key rack, incrementally increase the X/Y scaling of the negative parts on the key rack.
After several insertions, the keychains should glide in and out more smoothly.
