Supermarine Spitfire Kit Card

Take to the skies with the legendary Supermarine Spitfire, one of the most iconic fighters of WWII. With its elegant elliptical wings, superb acceleration, and incredible agility, the Spitfire became a symbol of victory during the Battle of Britain.

Fun Facts:
• The elliptical wing design gave it both high speed and excellent maneuverability.
• Constantly upgraded, the Spitfire served from 1938 into the 1950s.
• Powered by the Rolls-Royce Merlin (and later Griffin) engine, it could reach speeds over 600 km/h.
• JE-J was flown by Group Captain Johnnie Johnson, who scored 38 confirmed victories.

The parts are arranged on two plates:
1. aircraft
2. decals
