Description
As the title suggests, I have long harbored the desire to wall-mount the Xiaoai assistant, but discovered that the module adapter demands a price of 55-99 yuan, which is quite exorbitant
Consequently, I devised my own solution
For disassembly instructions, kindly search online. While the intricate details are not entirely perfected, it is at least fully functional, and having installed it myself, I find it quite satisfactory
Drawbacks: Should there be sufficient demand, Version 2.0 will incorporate further optimizations
1. The original speaker cannot be accommodated, necessitating the acquisition of an alternative speaker
2. This iteration features exposed wiring; I directly affixed the module to the right side of an 86-type electrical box for power extraction. For an embedded installation, it is advisable to directly acquire a DC converter
3. The optimization of the three top buttons yielded only modest results, consequently preventing a perfectly seamless fit. We kindly request your understanding
