šŸ›  How Does It Work?

This 3D-printed can holder features a clever sliding mechanism with a built-in flexure that locks into place. This prevents smaller (150ml) cans from falling to the bottom, keeping them at the same height as larger (250ml) cans. Perfect for keeping your drink stable and accessible regardless of size!

šŸ“¦ What Files Do You Need?

All files include a can holder and a slider, just pick which version of the can holder you want to print and download that file.

Can Holder Variants:

  • Plain: A simple version that can be printed on any single nozzle printer.
  • Two Tone: Adds accents by printing the top and bottom in a different color. the file hase 3 bodies which can easely be printed in diffrent collors Ā If you don’t have a multi-material printer, insert a filament pause at 14mm and 141.5mm heights.
  • Logo versions: Designed for multi-material printers, provided as .3mf files with multiple bodies assigned to different colors.

Suggestions for different logos or other changes are always welcome!

šŸ–Ø Printing Tips:

Orientation: Print the model upside down – this way, it only requires a max 35° overhang and short bridging sections for the handle/slider hole. No supports needed. A brim could be useful for adhesion

Recommended Material: PLA or a similar rigid filament. Most materials will work but the presure of the spring on the slider might be to weak with more flexible materials. if this is an isue for you there is a stronger spring version of the slider

🧩 Installation:

Once your parts are printed, assembly is quick and easy:

  1. Insert the slider into the slot in the can holder’s handle.
It should snap in place with a satisfying click (it can be though at first, but i have found that leaving it in for a while and working in through a fem times does wonders :)

That’s it — you’re done!

šŸ¹ Great job! Now go enjoy a cold drink.
If you print this, I’d love to see your make! Feel free to share photos, remix ideas, or suggest improvements. Cheers!
