The INTEX / Bestway Tarp Roller was specifically developed for Intex Pools (and similar above-ground pools) and consists of the following 3D-printed components:
- 2 brackets for attachment to the Intex / Bestway Pool Frame (32mm!)
- 1 crank with clamp for easy rolling up
- 1 end cap with clamp for the other end of the pole
- 3 eyelets with clamps to secure the pool cover
All parts are mounted on a commercially available 30 mm aluminum rod (e.g. from a hardware store). The system is modular and easy to install – completely without drilling on the pool
🔩 Additionally required:
- 1 aluminum tube, 30 mm outer diameter (length depending on pool width)
- 14 pieces M6x25 or M6x30 cylinder head screws with M6 nuts – for the connections on brackets, crank, end cap, and eyelets
