I made these trucks work at as small as 10% scale using a 0.2mm nozzle and this 3MF.  I&#39;m sharing my progress with everyone both to help anyone looking to do extraordinarily small print-in-place prints and in support of my talented friend Maker Millwright.   The provided 3MF provides the exact settings I used to print these 12%, and 10% scale versions, but make sure you read the requirement notes at the bottom. Noteworthy changes and notes:<ul><li>0.2mm nozzle required.</li><li>Ultra-fine slicer resolution setting tweaks to prevent the slicer from fusing all of the the regions into one lump.</li><li>Severely reduced slicer gap closing radius for the same reason as above.</li><li>Arachne wall generator required.</li><li>Seam positions randomized to minimize risk of seams fusing to other regions.</li><li>No infill combination.</li><li>No filter out tiny gaps.</li><li>Disabled detect thin walls.</li><li>Compensation for clearances to allow this to be possible.</li></ul>This requires a printer that can deliver extremely modern accuracy.  I used a P2S, which has print quality comparable to Bambu&#39;s high-end H2 printers. Your Ender 3 almost certainly can&#39;t do this.  Your A1 might not even be able to, as it&#39;s reported that there is a measurable difference in tolerance accuracy between the A1 and the P2S/H2 printers. Your flowrate for your filament must be pretty much perfect.  (Calibrate your stuff.) Your pressure advance needs to be pretty close to perfect. Defaults might work, they might not.  I honestly don&#39;t know because I calibrate everything. Feel free to DM me (MadSciSlack) if you need help.  I will help people with this process as best as I can, but the reality is that most attempts will fail to produce a functional print. Before me, the record for the smallest FHW PIP Truck was 20%, so don&#39;t expect this to be easy even with my settings.
