SOLDERING HELPING HANDS CLAMP CLIP
Print Profile(1)

Description
🔧 Modifications I Made
Reinforced the structure of the clips to improve durability and grip.
Extended the lever end to make them easier to open with your fingers.
Separated the socket from the clip. It can now be assembled using an M3 x 12 mm screw. This provides:
Flat printing orientation for better bed adhesion
Improved printability with challenging materials like ASA - ABS - PA6-GF/CF
Cleaner prints with fewer supports
🧪 Materials Used
Clips printed in Bambu Lab ASA Gray – excellent quality, no warping.
Other components printed using Bambu Lab PA6-GF (nylon with glass fiber) in green and black – very strong and durable.
📦 Included in this remix:
2 upgraded clip halves (left & right)
2 separate sockets (use M3x12mm screws to attach)
🛠 Printing Tips:
Print clips flat on the bed
Use brim for ASA
Minimal supports needed
Recommended nozzle: hardened steel for PA6-GF or abrasive materials
💡 Ideal for users looking to print clips with technical materials while maintaining excellent bed adhesion and mechanical strength. This remix focuses on print reliability and real-world usability.
