1 210mm diameter, 88mm width, compatible with A1 mini and all models
2 240mm diameter, 100mm width, compatible with A1 mini and all models
3 260mm diameter, 100mm width, compatible with A1 mini and all models
4 280mm diameter, 100mm width, compatible with A1 mini and all models
6 300mm diameter, 100mm width, larger component size, not compatible with A1 mini
6 400mm diameter, 120mm width, includes wall-mounted and bracket versions, larger component size, not compatible with A1 mini
Tips The V2 version of the running wheel has also been released, with double-sided support, 100% printed parts, more reasonable stress distribution, and can use printed bearings You can check my homepage

The main body is designed in separate parts for seamless assembly (Sizes 280mm and below are now supported by A1 mini, and the bracket has been improved)
Minimized the use of hardware and optimized bolt sizes
Accessories only require one 608zz bearing, which is relatively inexpensive (It is not recommended to use printed bearings due to significant lateral force)

(If the main shaft needs increased strength, you can replace it with national standard M8 bolts and nuts of the same size)
The running wheel body can be printed with PLA, offering uniform stress distribution and less prone to fatigue deformation
For other parts, it is still recommended to print with PETG material for higher strength
The two end caps are set with 25% infill and 4 walls to prevent the bearing from deforming due to prolonged compression
The bolts are set with 100% infill and variable layer height, do not cancel this to ensure thread accuracy, otherwise, assembly will not be possible
2026.5.15 Update
Reconfigured the bolt print order on the plate, defaults to printing layer by layer You can set the bolts to print one by one, which can improve interlayer adhesion, thereby enhancing bolt strength and durability (The system seems to only detect A1 supporting printing one by one, you need to judge whether your device supports it)
