Description
Features of this phone holder:
- Fits handlebar tubes of electric scooters, bicycles, motorcycles using TPU straps and up to 29 mm in diameter
- Directional ball joint to orient the phone as you wish
- Vertical or horizontal phone positioning
- Tool-free handlebar attachment and adjustment
- TPU phone protections
- Maximum phone dimensions: 165 x 73 x 14 mm (standard model profile)
- Maximum phone dimensions: 170 x 86 x 14 mm (large phone model profile)
Note that if you have rubber, it could advantageously replace the less adhesive TPU straps
For assembly, you will need the following items:

- 8 M3 x 8 mm countersunk screws
- 2 M3 x 10 mm screws
- 2 M3 nuts
- 4 M4 x 12 mm screws
- 4 M4 nuts
- 3 M5 x 30 mm bolts
- 1 M5 x 20 mm screw
- 4 M5 nuts
- Cyanoacrylate glue
You will also need to choose, either two elastic bands with a diameter of 30 mm, or for a more durable solution, two tension springs with a diameter of 5 mm, a length of 70 mm, and a wire diameter of 0.5 mm

Phone security:
Using elastic bands instead of springs does not pose any problems, as the holder is equipped with a brake that secures the phone in a locked position
Important:
Two print profiles use PETG for the top layer of the supports. An AMS is required. Although the supports are a bit more difficult to remove, take a little longer to print, and require an AMS, the surfaces in contact with the supports are smooth and of very good quality
Two other profiles do not use PETG. The top layer of the supports is PLA. No AMS is needed. The surface finish in contact with the supports is less qualitative, but remains functional

Type of TPU used: I used TPU 95 A to ensure good material elasticity. I do not recommend using harder TPU such as that for AMS
My settings for TPU:
- Filament selected: Bambulab TPU 95 A (I print with Sunlu TPU 95 A)
- Maximum volumetric speed: 3 mm³/s
- Filament temperature: 200 °C
- Retraction length: 0.9 mm
For assembly, I created a PDF
