Description

A housing for an AliExpress variant of an ESP32 based TFT display (from here).  It can be programmed with ESP Home and custom UI built using the LVGL platform.

The buttons are captive, and need to be inserted from within the case, before installing the ESP Display into the enclosure. For this particular model of screen you will need to disable the screen on/off button (middle button) by jumping it otherwise the screen will not turn on when initially powered.

LVGL/ESPHome configuration as seen in the photos can be found here: https://github.com/nickw444/home/blob/a57f083b4b4f95df86bc16a232f359abbb939c79/home-assistant/martin-pl/esphome/kitchen-stat-display.yaml

If you liked this model and/or found the configuration useful, feel free to like or boost this model 🙂
