AMS Internal Hub Unit – Feeder-Rad-Cover

This replacement part is the small **cover** for the **feeder wheel** which is installed in the **AMS Internal Hub Unit** of the Bambu Lab AMS
On my AMS, this cover was broken, which caused the filament to no longer be reliably fed

After replacing this 3D printed cover, my printer with the AMS could again **feed filament flawlessly** and print without problems

The part is designed for a precise fit and can be used as a direct replacement for the original part
Recommended print settings:

• Material: PETG or ABS (for more stability)
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 50–100%
• Supports: not required

⚠ **Note:**
Please check before installation that all remnants of the broken part have been removed so that the new cover fits correctly
