Larger blade disc for the Navimow i-series

Advantage: The 230mm cutting width reduces the distance to the outer edge of the wheel, resulting in less uncut grass at the edge. The i105 & i108 originally have a cutting width of 180mm. This reduces the distance to the outer edge of the wheel from 90mm to 75mm. Due to the larger blade disc, the cutting deck must be lowered by approximately 15mm, otherwise the blades will collide with the blade guard. This model already has this adapter integrated. This needs to be considered in the cutting height setting -15mm. Only the 6x M4x8mm heat-set inserts need to be installed. The profile has been optimized for PETG HF with PLA support layer

The functional areas on the printed part for heat-set inserts and mounting screws have been reinforced

I recommend using threadlocker for the 3x screws for mounting on the mower
