Description

The tripod stand is primarily designed to hold a plastic chain, preventing people from approaching fragile exhibits.
The top of the stand can accommodate virtually any attachment that can be secured with an M6 screw. Additional enhancements will be added over time.

The stand’s legs can be folded toward the central pole, making it compact for transport or storage.
It is intended mainly for indoor use in wind-free environments. The recommended distance between two posts is a maximum of 150 cm – a longer chain may pull the post over.

For improved stability, you can add weight to the base or secure the stand to the floor with adhesive tape (yes, MacGyver style).

In addition to the printed parts, you will also need:

  • 9 pcs M4x30 screw
  • 9 pcs M4 self-locking nut
  • 18 pcs M4 washer
  • 1 pcs M4 standard nut
  • 1 pcs M4x20 screw
  • 4 pcs M3x10 self-tapping screw
  • 1 pcs 80 cm plastic water pipe 3/4" (PPR), diameter 25 mm
  • 1 pcs M6 screw
  • plastic chain
