Print Profile(4)

Description
This model is a cleaning tool for linear rods and lead screws of the P1S/P2S/X1C/H2D/X2D series, and it can also help apply lubricant more evenly when maintaining the printer's linear rods.
This model comes in 4 types: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm linear rod lubrication, and 8mm lead screw cleaning lubricator, comprising tools for P1, P2, X1, H2D, X2D linear rods and lead screws.
Features:
- This is a collection of lubrication tools for P1, P2, X1, H2Dseries printers.
- Clip-shaped design: press the tail to open, press the head to clamp, simple operation and high efficiency.
- Integrated print-in-place hinge, sturdy and durable, with no play after printing, ensuring a tight and seamless closure.
- Linear rod lubrication tool: Features internal oil guide grooves, perfectly sized, a slight rotation during use ensures even lubrication.
- Lead screw lubrication tool: Modeled with real T8 lead screw data, and a gap is reserved for a cleaning cloth, allowing for efficient cleaning and lubrication of the printer's lead screw.
Compatibility with different printers:
1. P1, P2, X1, X2D model printers:
- X-axis linear rod is 8mm, Z-axis linear rod is 8mm, Z-axis lead screw is 8mm.
2. H2D/H2S/H2C model printers:
- Y-axis linear rod is 12mm, Z-axis linear rod is 10mm, Z-axis lead screw is 8mm.
How to use:
- Linear rod maintenance process: Use a non-woven cloth to clean residual lubricant from the linear rod, re-apply new lubricant, then use this tool to evenly spread the lubricant. After use, wipe off any residual lubricant inside the tool and store it for next use.
- Lead screw maintenance process: Cut a non-woven cloth into small pieces, use the lead screw cleaning tool to clamp it onto the lead screw, then slowly adjust the print bed height on the printer to rotate the lead screw for even cleaning. Afterward, apply grease to the lead screw (under the print bed), move the bed up and down to spread it evenly, or use this tool to ensure even application.

*During printer maintenance, although linear rod lubrication is not very frequent, it's often hard to apply it evenly each time. This tool solves that problem.
