Reuse those Bambu Lab spools into a useful and expandable storage system! The only other hardware needed is one 608-2RS or equivalent size bearing for each spool. There are three bin variations. A smooth bin front, a hex pattern bin front and a label holder front. All of them have a removable divider. The label holder is sized for an approximately 20x100mm paper/card stock label.

| 2. Install the Spacer over the Stand and Peg. | ![]() |
| 3. Remove support from the Lower Pivot and then press in a bearing. | ![]() |
| 4. Remove support from the Bin Base. Install the Base and Lower Pivot onto the lower half of the spool. Align one of the notches in the Base with the core peg on the spool. | ![]() |
| 5. Remove support from the bottom of the Bin. Align the dovetailed slot with a corresponding dovetail guide on the Base and slide on. Then install the top half of the spool. Place the assembled spool onto the Stand. | ![]() |
| 6. Install a Peg into the Lower Pivot. (Remove any support from the Peg hole first.) | ![]() |
| 7. Install the Lower Pivot onto the spool top. | ![]() |
| 8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 for each additional layer. |
