Diamond Painting Boat Version 2 (12cm x 7cm) in 6 Variants with Magnet Insert

In this Version 2, a few adjustments have been made compared to my first version ( Version 1 )

Here is a small list:

1. The Diamond Painting Boat has been completely redrawn from the ground up I placed importance on ensuring that this boat can be printed with a 0.2mm layer height and that you don't need the 0.16mm layer height The main reason was the magnet hole, which had to be re-adjusted in height
2. Adjustments were made to the appearance and lines You now have 3 types of lines available: Long Lines, Short Lines, and Cross Lines
3. I created 2 variants where the spout is on the left and where the spout is on the right This way, everyone can decide for themselves what they need :)
4. Both variants have all 3 line types as described in point 2
5. A new motif was placed on the outer sides, and I kept it simpler The lid also received a new motif On the back, I wrote my name because it has happened before that Aliexpress, Temu, and co stole my little boat and sold it Unfortunately, there's no way to take action against it, unfortunately… That's why I took this step, as I want to share it with the community
6. Finally, I added a card holder / note holder to the front so you can quickly swap DMC codes without always gluing them For this, it's best to stick the DMC adhesive codes onto a piece of paper and then slide it in This way, you can reuse it repeatedly
   The card holder can also be removed in the slicer if you don't want it
   Dimensions for the suitable notes: Width 30mm, Height 10mm+, Thickness 0.5mm

So that's all for now, regarding the difference between Version 1 and Version 2

The .3mf file has been completely adapted and can be printed without issues

I provide 2 print profiles, with notes on them:

The first print profile is called "DP Tray L 12x7 - V2-N1” (Version 2 No 1) → In this profile, the boats with the spout, viewed from the front, are on the right side! The profile contains 7 plates and includes everything needed Plates 1 - 3 are the different line types, Plate 4 is the lid, and Plates 5 - 7 are the stoppers / plugs Note on the plugs: the 0.4mm plug is recommended, but test for yourself what works better for your printer

I use the following magnets:

• Max 10mm in diameter
• Max 2mm thickness (also with appropriate tolerance)
• Magnets should be Neodymium and have at least an “N42” classification for sufficient hold

General Printing Notes:

• File was set with wall mode “Arachne”
• Speed was set to 150mm/s
• 0.2mm layer height and 3 walls
• The stoppers / plugs were given variable layer height to achieve a nice round shape Furthermore, they have a 5mm border In my experience, this border is only necessary for bed slingers With Core XY, you theoretically don't need a border!
• For the boats / trays, a PAUSE was added at layer 59, where you can insert the magnets in the middle of the print If you don't want this, simply remove it!
• If you don't want the card holder, simply delete positions “Note Holder” and “2mm height color matching holder”
• Position “2mm height color matching holder” is a modifier that only serves to make the bottom 2mm of the card holder a different color For example, the bottom (2mm thick) is white, and the card holder will also be white for the lowest 2mm Hope this is clear :-)
• Bridge flow rate was set to 0.92
