Description
This is a remix of the SONOFF NSPanel Pro 120 Angled Desk Mount originally published by SONOFF.prints.
The main improvement of this remix is that it eliminates the need for gluing the two parts. They are now securely held together with four M3 countersunk screws and brass heat-set inserts. I also added a dedicated cutout for the power cord and a switch, while the rear housing includes ventilation slots for better airflow.
Having the parts removable also simplifies maintenance and allows easier access for adjustments or replacements.
The power cord connects via an IEC 320 C8 connector: link.
Required Tools / Assembly Notes
Soldering iron: Required for two main tasks:
- Soldering the wires to the IEC 320 C8 power connector.
- Installing the brass heat-set inserts in the screw holes.
Supports:
PLA prints do not require supports. For ASA or ABS, a few tree supports may help with the rear housing only.

- STL and STEP files provided, identified with the suffix NBI.
- Added PLA print profile, identical to the original version, also marked with the suffix NBI.

Upgrade: SONOFF NSPanel Pro 120 Desktop Stand
This update follows the same design approach as my recent Panda Touch stand upgrade.
Front Section
- The front now extends all the way to the base, flush with the glass surface of the display.
- Previously, this surface was parallel to the back of the panel.
- The result is a more elegant look and a larger footprint, which improves stability.
Back Section
- The footprint has been redesigned from rectangular to trapezoidal.
- Four small recessed areas on the underside serve as guides for gluing 6 mm silicone anti-slip pads.
- A raised Sonoff logo has been added to the front face.
Fastening System
- Brass heat-set inserts have been removed.
- Screw holes now feature a shaped profile designed to improve self-tapping, even with metric-thread screws.
👉 Upgraded file added to the project page, distinguished with the suffix -v2.
⚠️ Note on supports
This new version (-v2) requires a small amount of supports during printing.
For those who prefer a support-free print, the previous version of the stand remains available in the project files.
