I wanted a hammer for my Skeletool, similar to the Leatherman Signal, and I couldn't find anything that met my needs, so I decided to design my own. I have designed two versions: one with tolerances for a 0.4 mm nozzle optimized for FDM 3D printing, and the other optimized for metal SLM 3D printing. I wanted it light and strong, but capable of some decent bashing. So, I decided to use justway.com’s 3D printing in Titanium service, and this thing turned out absolutely amazing. If you want to try it yourself, their service is really easy to use, upload the file I have labeled “skelahammer_justway_com” and the technical drawing image so they can cut the M2 threads (to my absolute astonishment, they were able to cut an M2 thread into a titanium piece — I've broken enough taps to know that's no easy feat). Other hardware you'll need is 3  M2×4 mm pan head screws.

Please watch my YouTube video on it. I go into lots more depth on how it all works. Here's the link: https://youtu.be/xklDpKd-hoI
