Description

Model info:

This is a much more refined and detailed version of my previous finger bike design. Now including a shock, more frame detail, and 3 cross laced wheels, this design has left nothing out.

Assembly

Once all the parts are removed from the bed, use pliers or flush cutters to pull the waste material off the parts.

Apply caution when removing support from the bars as they can snap with too much force. I recommend first crushing the support then peeling it off.

Give the underside of the frame a quick sand then push the fork through the larger hole in the frame. The bars will now snap into place on the fork with some force. To mount the wheels on the frame you will need a paper clip or 1mm diameter wire. Cut one 13mm long piece and one 9mm long piece. Using pliers, push the 9mm piece of wire through the hole in the rear of the frame, through the wheel and out the other side of the frame. I found that the wheel holds the wire well without it falling out but you can use superglue just don't accidentally glue the wheel. Repeat this step for the fork with the 13mm long wire.

And that's it!

Enjoy, Cameron
