Description

I decided to make my own vice because most models are poorly made or don't work for my needs. The vice is more for electronics, connectors and small things on the table in the workshop. It supports table mounting, or without a holder freestanding on the table for light work. Really versatile.

The vice is designed with cutouts for connectors, cables, small parts. As well as guide cutouts so that the jaws always fit together. The screws have safety latches, the inner one breaks or pops out as a safety when pulled. The table holder is up to 50mm (1.96 inch) wide. I think it is solid and well thought out. Please leave your comments in the comments. Thanks

We can print everything in one, just the holder or just the vice.

If we only have a vise printed, skip point 1 and 5.

1.. Place the table holder in a vice and insert the two small printed screws from above, screw in with the printed screwdriver.

2.. Insert the movable jaw of the vice into the slide, groove.

3.. Insert a long screw through the fixed jaw and screw it into the movable jaw of the vise.

4.. Snap two pieces of latch onto the end of the long screw and also onto the inside under the fixed jaw. (One is a spare, the inner latch will snap as a safety when overtightened)

5.. Screw the thick bottom screw into the table holder. Now the entire vise is ready for use.

6.. What's new in the next version is that the screwdriver can be hidden in the large screw for tightening the vice.

Please share photos of your print in the comments. I love seeing what my models look like.

Please take a picture of the model and share it with us. I love seeing my models printed. I would also love a boost. Thank you for your support
