It's too humid here, so I used ABS for printing, which resulted in many accumulated small plastic blobs. It's still recommended to print with PLA

The most troublesome part is that you need a monochrome image like this, with no isolated islands and uniform line width. This cannot be achieved by simple processing and requires manual redrawing

Of course, you can also directly overlay a grid on the line art. Although it doesn't look good, it can be mass-produced
