Bill of Materials
Description
I designed a chamber heater for my P1S to print engineering plastics.
All you need is a Creality Filament Dryer 2.0, which serves as a donor for the electronics.
All screws can be reused. Only 6 additional 3x15mm plastic screws are needed.
A high-temperature filament such as PA6 GF, PET CF, or similar must be used as material.
Aluminum heat shield tape (up to 350°C) was applied to the housing and lid, surrounding the heating coil.
Caution: the right housing cover of the printer is exposed to very high heat.
- To avoid deformation, a 3mm ceramic fiber mat must be attached to the back of the chamber heater.
Use at your own risk.
